CONSISTENT ROUTINES AND PROCEDURES





Harry Wong said that to become effective teacher you should have a consistent routine in class and procedures like my cooperating teacher she have a consistent routine to her class to handle the child's behavior and the classroom management.

When I observed my cooperating teacher i observed that she has a good routine and a good classroom management she  caught her student attention whenever she was teaching.  because her student know the rules of their teacher when she was teacher, the rules of her their teachers are, ready yourself, sit to your most comfortable sitting arrangement, listen carefully, and share your learning, the student always reciting when ever the teacher calls them to recite because they are listening and the teacher always help the student to the activity since some of her student having difficulty in their math subject but most of her student understand the lesson. In my last observation it was so memorable because i gained knowledge that as a teacher you need to set rules with your student as well as so that they will follow the rules because they are the who set the rules too. and also as a teacher you should have a consistent routine in your class.
