The Orientation before the Deployment

I believed that progressivist teacher  is not  only just an expert in her field but also is good towards making the students see and experience the lesson for themselves. A small classroom will also indicate that the teacher will have a more personal relationship with the student and there is a sense of the individual at all times.

From my previous observation, it is clear that the a good teacher is not just well educated, morally but also as well as knowledgeable in the different situation. 

like when i was observing my cooperating teacher I observed that she have the ability that she is one of the progessivist teacher because she let her student to experience to solve the problem in the board and to let her student to learn by their self.

Teacher Anne is a progessivism teacher because based on my observation inside her class, first she will explain the lesson or review the leson and after she process the lesson she gives som example in the board then after that she asked her student to go in front and solve the problem and also teacher let her student to answer when one of her student needs help or needs to be prompted she will go to her student to help in answering but the rest she will lwt her student to answer and solve the problem as long as her student know how to do it. and also teacher ann before she start the class she asked her student about the topic last meeting to review them and give them some exercise to refresh their mind in the last topic before they conitinue the new topic or lesson.

ofcouse as a future teacher we know how to deal with our student and let them experience real world to learn by doing, so that they will fully understand the lesson when they will experienced it. and also as future sped teacher we should consider our student in their own and different uniqueness so that we will be always ready in any situation we will encounter.
