Protection of the child

Ethical rules typically require teachers to
show respect for all students, considering their age, gender, culture, and socioeconomic background.
Teachers should to ensure that all students have a safe and productive learning environment, teachers have a responsibility to discipline any students who disrupt the classroom and endanger other children.the laws and regulations set limits on what teachers can do to carry out that discipline. Most states outlaw spanking or other types of physical or emotionally abuse like saying bad words to your students discipline in schools.
In my observation I observed that in HANDPRINTS the school of progress they have strong protection to their student specially to the record of their students and personal identity. because all student children is the most important in school and all student have the right to be protected their personality and need a normal happy life.
I learned that as a teacher you should protect your student what ever the situation is because when the parents of the child will leave her child you are the one that responsible to the child safeness. and as a future sped teacher we should always be carefull and protect our student specially to their personal identity or situation.
