The Orientation before the Deployment

I.What are the roles inside the classroom? how does to behave?
As a pre service teacher you should Always Observe the students’ performance and your cooperating teacher so that you can learn from them and also ask cooperating teacher if she needs help or assistance and also don't be like a boss or supervisor inside the class.
II. What is the Policy that
stated during the orientation?
Ofcourse as a pre service teacher you must follow the teacher rules inside the
classroom and also follow your schedule that you choose, dont late if your observation is 8am you should be at the exact time 8:00 not 8:01 or what so ever or you should come earlier before the time like 5 mins before 8am. and also you should go to the gate and tell the guard to be log in and out. then the administrator tell us that cellphones are not allowed during observation time and the no taking picture also they said that waht we see inside the school will leave it inside the school we should be sensitive about the confidenciallity of the stuent and the school then lastly we need to assure that your cooperating teacher sign your dtr schedule before you leave the school and avoid making unnecessary actions while the teacher is discussing.

III. What is our responsibility inside he classroom?We should always expected to do the task given by the teacher, always be observed the teacher if what the strategies that she is using so that you will learn from her and dont seat at the back like a boss, always ask the teacher if she needs help or assisstance and always listen and look so that you will observed the teacher and be a good observer.
IV. Why do we need to inform of any changes happened in the school? What are the changes in the school?
For us to be informed and be reminded, so that we will know what we will do if they have any changes of the school like if they taking their exams,
V. For Any untoward accident or Preventive Measure.
In case that the cooperating teacher is not around inform immediately the principal so that she can give alternative plan.
VI. What I learned from the orientation?
I learned that orientation can help ypu to learn about the regulations and rules of the school, also the administrator assuring that we need to know and follow the regulations of the school. this would be help us to become a good observer and good model to our future teacher students.
